Goals

It’s nice to have big goals – mine is to lose 100 pounds.

It’s nice to have medium-sized goals – mine is to lose 50 pounds.

It’s also nice to have little tiny goals, a way to say I achieve something if not every week, then still fairly regularly. So here is a list of my mini goals – there are a lot of them and I look forward to crossing them off the list as I accomplish them.

249 lbs (17 st, 11 lb) – starting weight

242 lbs (17:4) – 1/2 stone loss

239 lbs (17:1) – 10 lbs loss, 10% to target

237 lbs (16:13) – New stone bracket

235 lbs (16:11) – 1 stone loss

229 lbs (16:5) – 20 lbs lost, 20% to target

228 lbs (16:4) – 1.5 stone loss

224.5 lbs (16:0.5) – Slimming World Club 10 – 10% of body weight lost

224 lbs (16:0) – 25 lbs lost, 25% to target

223 lbs (15:13) – New stone bracket

221 lbs (15:11) – 2 stone loss

219 lbs (15:7) – 30 lbs lost, 30% to target

214 lbs (15:4) – 2.5 stone loss

209 lbs (14:13) – 40 lbs lost, 40% to target, new stone bracket

207 lbs (14:11) – 3 stone loss

200 lbs (14:4) – 3.5 stone loss

199 lbs (14:3) – 50 lbs lost, 50% to target, under 200 lbs

195 lbs (13:13) – New stone bracket

193 lbs (13:11) – 4 stone loss

189 lbs (13:7) – 60 lbs lost, 60% to target

186 lbs (13:4) – 4.5 stone loss

181 lbs (12:13) – New stone bracket

179 lbs (12:11) – 5 stone loss, 70 lbs lost, 70% to target

174 lbs (12:6) – 75 lbs lost, 75% to target, no longer classified as obese

172 lbs (12:4) – 5.5 stone loss

169 lbs (12:1) – 80 lbs lost, 80% to target

167 lbs (11:13) – New stone bracket

165 lbs (11:11) – 6 stone loss

159 lbs (11:5) – 90 lbs lost, 90% to target

158 lbs (11:4) – 6.5 stone loss

153 lbs (10:13) – New stone bracket

151 lbs (10:11) – 7 stone loss

149 lbs (10:9) – 100 lbs lost! At target! (But I have just a little further to go)

144 lbs (10:5) – Now classified at a healthy weight – no longer overweight!
